The Enrolment Process
Getting Started: Upon purchase and once payment is confirmed, students receive an automated email confirming their enrolment. An account is automatically created to manage the transaction and access on-demand courses.
Quick Start: On-demand Field Guide students receive a quick start guide to help them navigate the course platform.
Requirements: Students need Zoom for live lectures and a stable internet connection for all courses.
Support: For technical difficulties, students can reach out to elearning@ecotraining.co.za.
Invoices: Invoices are available upon request. Payment confirmations are sent automatically, with additional course details shared two days before the course begins.
